How to Manage Raydium Liquidity on Solana
Add or remove Raydium CPMM liquidity: how LP shares work, what the slider does, and what you get back.
Dexmint Admin
You manage liquidity when your pool already exists and your share needs to change: you add more of both tokens to grow your position, or you withdraw part or all of it back to your wallet. This tool handles both directions plus a review of each LP position you hold.
You connect your wallet and the tool lists each pool, the estimated amount of each token in your position, and your share. Your LP tokens stay in your own wallet throughout, and the tool only prepares each add or remove for you to review and sign.
How Raydium CPMM positions work
Adding liquidity deposits both tokens of the pair and mints you LP tokens as a receipt. Those LP tokens sit in your wallet like any other token, and the percentage next to each position states your share of the pool. Dexmint never takes custody of them.
Trading changes the balance between the two tokens over time. When you remove liquidity you receive both tokens at the pool current ratio, not the exact amounts you first deposited. Getting back more of one token and less of the other is normal AMM behavior.
What happens when you add or remove
Adding deposits both tokens at the current ratio and mints you more LP tokens. The amount you type deposits in full, while the slippage setting at 1% by default under Advanced only caps the extra the pool may take if the ratio shifts before confirmation.
Removing burns the percentage of LP tokens you chose and sends both tokens straight back to your wallet. A 100% removal exits the position fully, while anything you leave in keeps earning its share of trading fees.
The five steps in the form
First you connect the wallet holding your LP tokens, with positions loading automatically for the current network, or Devnet for a free practice run. Then you find your position in the table, or paste its Raydium pool ID into the field at the top and load it manually, which also works for a pool you joined outside Dexmint.
Next you choose add or remove: for an add you pick which token you type an amount for while the other side previews from the live pool ratio, and for a remove you drag the slider from 0 to 100% with quick presets to see what you get back. You review the dialog with its flat platform fee in SOL, separate from the tokens you deposit or withdraw with coupons applied, then approve in your wallet and watch the transaction build, send, and confirm.
After you adjust a position
The result card links to the transaction on an explorer, and the table refreshes with your new amounts and share. The signature plus explorer link give you a record you can check any time.
From there you might snapshot your holders before an announcement or create a pool for a new token. To learn safely, create a test pool on Devnet with free devnet SOL and move the slider there until the previews feel familiar.
Frequently asked questions
Why do I get back different amounts than I deposited?
Trading shifts the balance between the pool two tokens. You receive your share of both at the current ratio, usually with more of one token and less of the other. That is how Raydium CPMM pools work.
My pool is not showing up. What do I do?
Check that your wallet and network are correct, then paste the pool ID into the field at the top and load it manually. You can load any Raydium CPMM pool, including one you joined outside Dexmint.
Is this the right tool to adjust my position?
Yes, if you hold LP tokens in a Raydium CPMM pool and want to add, remove, or review that position. If no pool exists yet, use the Create Liquidity tool to open one first.
