These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dexmint (the “Service”), a non-custodial, no-code toolkit for creating and managing tokens on the Solana blockchain. By connecting a wallet or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Non-custodial service
Dexmint is non-custodial. We never take possession of, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or funds. Each transaction is assembled by our servers from your selections and the current fee configuration, then presented to your wallet for review and signature. Your wallet is the sole authority for every transaction; we never produce a signature that could spend your funds.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use blockchain services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you live. The Service is not offered to persons or entities subject to sanctions or located in jurisdictions where the Service would be illegal.
3. Fees
Dexmint charges a transparent service fee per operation, always displayed in full in the quote returned to the UI before you confirm. The fee encoded in the transaction you sign is identical to the quoted amount — fees are never taken from your input. Fees are included as a transfer instruction appended to your transaction and are non-refundable once a transaction is confirmed. Network (gas) fees and third-party costs are separate and set by the Solana network, not by us.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the tokens, metadata, and content you create or distribute.
- You will not use the Service to create fraudulent, infringing, or illegal assets, or to facilitate market manipulation, money laundering, or the financing of illicit activity.
- You understand that on-chain actions are irreversible. Revoking authority, burning tokens, or making metadata immutable cannot be undone.
5. No financial or legal advice
The Service is a set of tools. Nothing on Dexmint constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Creating a token does not create any security, guarantee, or promise of value.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexmint is not liable for any loss of funds, tokens, or data arising from your use of the Service, blockchain network conditions, wallet software, smart-contract behavior, or third-party services (including RPC and IPFS providers).
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
