Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Dexmint (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use our non-custodial Solana toolkit. We designed Dexmint to collect as little as possible. This policy is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and comparable privacy laws worldwide, so the Service can be used globally.

1. Who is responsible (Data Controller)

Dexmint is the data controller for the limited personal data described below. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What we process

  • Wallet address — a public blockchain identifier. We use it to build transactions and to display your activity. We never receive your private key or seed phrase.
  • Transaction records — public on-chain data (signatures, mint addresses, fees) that we may store to show your history and to operate the Service.
  • Technical data — IP address and basic request metadata, processed transiently by our infrastructure and RPC/IPFS providers to deliver the Service and prevent abuse.
  • Optional analytics — only if you consent (see our Cookie Policy). Off by default.

We do not collect names, emails (unless you contact us), or seed phrases, and we do not sell personal data.

3. Legal bases for processing

  • Performance of a contract — to provide the tools you request.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure the Service and prevent fraud/abuse, balanced against your rights.
  • Consent — for any non-essential cookies or analytics; withdrawable at any time.
  • Legal obligation — where we must retain records to comply with the law.

4. Blockchain is public and permanent

Data written to the Solana blockchain (your address, transactions, tokens) is public, immutable, and outside our control. It cannot be edited or deleted by us or by you. Please consider this before transacting.

5. International transfers

Our infrastructure and providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.

6. Retention

We keep off-chain records only as long as needed to operate the Service or meet legal obligations. On-chain data persists on the blockchain permanently and independently of us.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. EEA/UK users may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California and other regional residents have equivalent rights (e.g. to know, delete, and opt out of “sale” — which we do not do). To exercise any right, email [email protected]. Note that we cannot alter or erase on-chain data.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly process their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.
