Unpause ERC-20 Transfers on Robinhood Chain

Resume transfers of a paused ERC-20 token on Robinhood Chain: who can unpause, what holders must do, and what stays locked.

Dexmint Admin

You resume transfers of a paused ERC-20 token on Robinhood Chain. When you unpause, every wallet can send, receive, and trade the token again, exactly as before the pause.

Unpausing is a single on-chain action signed by the owner wallet, with the fee shown up front in ETH. Dexmint never decides when to unpause; that choice is always yours.

When unpausing makes sense

Unpause once the reason for the hold is resolved and you are ready for token activity to resume. Tell holders what changed and point them to the unpause transaction. To halt transfers again later, use the Pause tool.

Unpausing changes the contract state, not its code or balances. Transfers, minting, and burning can work again where the token features and permissions allow them.

The steps in the tool

First you connect the wallet that deployed the token. Only the owner can unpause it, and the tool confirms ownership on-chain first. Then you paste the contract address of the paused token, and the tool reads its current state and confirms that unpausing is possible.

The fee ledger shows the flat fee in ETH. For tokens deployed with the latest template the fee is included in the unpause transaction; older tokens show a separate fee step first. The unpause event lands on-chain immediately, transfers work again for every holder, and you should let your community know trading is open.

What unpausing cannot fix

Unpausing resumes transfers but keeps the pause switch in the contract. If you want to remove that switch entirely, renounce ownership with the Make Immutable tool instead.

If no wallet can sign as owner, the token stays paused permanently. Store the owner key safely, and test the pause flow on Testnet before you rely on it on Mainnet.

Frequently asked questions

Do holders need to do anything to trade again?

No. Balances and approvals are untouched by a pause. The moment you unpause, transfers work for everyone.

What if the token is paused and I lost the owner wallet?

If no wallet can sign as owner, the token stays paused permanently. That is why the owner key must be stored safely, and why many projects test the pause flow on Testnet before Mainnet.

Is this the right tool to resume trading?

Yes, if your token is paused and your wallet still owns it. If you want to remove the pause switch entirely instead of resuming, renounce ownership with the Make Immutable tool.
